In food processor, blend in applesauce and beans. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In electric mixer, whip agave syrup and eggs until light. Pour coffee in mixer. Add bean and applesauce and vanilla to eggs mixture. Beat until combined. Add cocoa mixture. Beat until smooth. Bake in 12 greased mini loaf pans for 20 to 25 minutes at 350, until cake springs back when poked.
