Layer 1/2 muffins, 1/2 ham, 1/2 cheese in 9x13 baking pan, sprayed. Repeat.
Whisk milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over top, press down lightly wiht spatula.
Wrap tightly, label and freeze overnight (or if not freezing, leave overnight in fridge and
bake). Cook uncovered, 350F for 45 to 60 minutes.
