Using mixer, mix 3 cups of flour with all other dry ingredients. Add water and oil. Mix well. Add remaining flour a little at a time until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead 8-10 minutes on low. Leave dough in the bowl and cover. Let rest 15 minutes. Form into bread bowls. Allow to rise. Brush tops with egg white wash (1 egg white with 2 Tbsp milk). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 16 bread bowls. I cook 4 bread bowl per large cookie sheet.
