-Melt butter in a skillet and brown chicken, 5 mins per side.
-Place chicken in roasting pan and drain skillet.
-Add lemon peel, 2 TBSP lemon juice and wine to skillet and heat for 1 minute over medium heat. Add salt and pepper and slowly stir in the cream.
-Add fresh parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted. Place chicken back into the skillet for 10 mins, until heated.
