Brown meat over medium-high heat until thoroughly
cooked and no longer pink;drain. Add onion and
diced green chiles; cook until onions are
translucent. Stir in taco seasoning and water.
Cook and stir 2-4 minutes over medium-high heat.
Add cheese on top(optional)and let it melt. Spoon
sour cream into shells or spread on tortillas.
Layer meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and
more onion if desired.
