1. Rub chicken breast with Seasonal All & Pepper, and set aside to marinate for an hour.
2. While the breast are marinating, fry bacon crisp and drain. Gather all other together and make ready for preparation.
3. Take chicken from marinate and saute on medium heat in a pan with just enough oil to prevent sticking. Cook on both sides until slightly golden and cooked in the middle about 3-4 minutes on both sides. Then Remove from pan.
4. Next assemble the chicken breast. Take 3 slices of bacon and place on top of chicken breast then sprinkle with shredded Colby/Jack cheese.
5. Pop in heated oven at 350 degrees or in a microwave just until the cheese melts.
6. Dip in honey mustard
