Combine chili sauce, grape jelly, and Dijon mustard in crock pot and stir well. Cook covered on high while preparing meatballs to bake. Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt, and mis thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Bake meatballs in oven for 15 - 20 minutes and drain well. Add meatballs to sauce, stir to coat and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
