Boil kale for 5 minutes, drain. Cook noodles according to
directions. Reserve 1 cup cooking water. Toss noodles with 1
tablespoon oil. In frying pan sauté chopped walnuts in oil until
golden. Add kale, walnuts, salt, cayenne pepper and 1/4 cup
cooking water to noodles. Stir and add more cooking water if
desired and lots of Parmesan.
