1. Melt the butter, stir in the brown sugar. Pour mixture into bottom of fluted pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle half the pecans onto brown sugar mixture (we don't use the nuts and it's still delicious). In bowl mix cinnamon and sugar, roll flaky roll quarters until evenly coated, use 1/2 the quarters. Sprinkle chopped apples over the roll pieces. Top with remaining flaky roll pieces in sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes in stoneware bundt pan. Or 30 to 40 minutes in regular bundt pan.
Remove to oven on non stick cooling rack. Let stand 1 minute before removing from pan. Cool slightly, to serve, tear apart or cut.
