1/3 cup butter

2 green onions, sliced

3 minced garlic cloves (more or less by taste)

1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
|

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt, if desired

1 3/4 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup chopped parsley
|
|
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, if desired

12 ounces cappelini, cooked

Instructions |
|
|
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, lemon zest and salt. Saute 2-3 minutes.
|

Reduce heat, add shrimp. Cook, stirring constantly until shrimp turn pink - about 5 minutes. Stir in parsley and hot sauce, if using.

Serve over cooked pasta.
