3 3-ounce packages cream cheese

1 can smoked oysters
|

Lemon juice, to taste
|

Worcestershire sauce , to taste

Tabasco and salt, to taste

Instructions |

|
Bring cheese to room temperature. When soft, add lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt and Tabasco and mix well.
|

|
Add 1 can smoked oysters, chopped. Refrigerate muxture until hard and shape into a log. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
|

|
Make 24 hours in advance.
|
