1. Stir together oil, mustard, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, garlic powder and salt in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
2. Grill over medium-high heat, turning frequently, 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
