oven 350
grease and flour pan
beat sugar, butter, lemon oil and egg on low about 30 seconds
beat on high 1 minute
blend dry ingredients and mix alternating with milk
beat med 2 minutes
divide batter between wells in pan
do not fill more than 3/4 full
bake 20 to 22 minutes
remove from oven and cool 10 minutes in pan
prep the glaze
invert the cakes onto cooling rack
brush with the glaze while warm
cool completely
