1. Mix 1/2 cup oil, orange juice, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade and seal. Knead bag until chicken is coated with mixture.
2. Heat remaining 1 tbsp of oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken, several pieces at a time, 6 to 8 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
3. Divide chicken into portions. Use one to make the evenings meal, then freeze remaining chicken to use to prepare the following recipes or any others you might choose-
