1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 can corn, optional
Instructions
Wash beans; place in a large pot. Cover with water (to cover above beans). Let soak overnight. Drain beans. Add water, onion, garlic and salt. Cover, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 1/2 hours or until beans are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. For best flavor, prepare day before serving.
