425F. In a skillet brown meat lightly, about 5 minutes. Add onion and cook about 3 minutes
or until tender. Drain excess fat. Add barbecue sauce and stir; set aside. Prepare pastry.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface. Place on a cookie sheet. Spread meat mixture along
center of pastry, on half of the pastry only, leaving a 1 inch border at edges. Place cheese
slices on meat.
