Pork Shoulder Steaks, each about an inch thick
|
|
Apple Cider Vinegar
|
|
Water
|
|
Garlic Powder
|
|
Black Pepper
|
|
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Coat steaks in garlic and pepper. Put in equal amounts of vinegar and
water to cover. Marinate while preparing next steps.

Soak charcoal in lighter fluid, wait ten minutes. Light and allow
charcoal to become ready. You may use gas, as well, just not as much
flavor.

|
Take steaks out after about 45 minutes, or when charcoal is ready to
use. Coat in Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
|
|
|
Grill 10 to 15 minutes on each side, turning only once, until pork is
done. Let sit for five or so minutes and serve.
