1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt or use 1/3 cup yogurt and 2 tsp peanut butter
1/4 cup shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Combine spinach, yogurt, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt and pepper in plastic containter. May want to put in processor for a couple of pulses for finer texture.
Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and serve.
