1 cup pomegranate juice (half of a 16-ounce bottle), chilled
1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup diet lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine pomegranate juice and pineapple; cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes, blending until slushy.
2. Transfer to a pitcher. Slowly pour in the carbonated beverage. Serve immediately. 5 (6-ounce) servings.
