Prepare chocolate cups. Melt chocolate in water ina small saucepan over low heat. Stir in coffee and creme de cacao until well blended. Beat cream in small bowl, gradually adding sugar, until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon mousse into chocolate cups. Chill until serving time.

Chocolate cups- Melt 4 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate, stirring occasionally, in top of double boiler over hot water. Spread a thin layer of melted chocolate with a thin spatula over inside bottom and side of each of eight 2 inch pleated aluminum foil baking cups. Chill until firm. Peel foil from cups.
