Directions
1. In a 12-inch skillet, over low heat, blend together soda, onion, sugar, barbecue sauce and mustard. Heat to simmer.
2. Add hot dogs, stirring to coat all surfaces. Cover and gently simmer, stirring occasionally, until hot dogs reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
3. Place hot dogs, with a little of the sauce into each bun. Top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and 1 to 2 teaspoons of chopped onions.
