For cookie. Add 1 1/4 cup of flour to the mix, and
then follow the directions on the box. use an ice
cream scoop to make large cookies, but you can also
use a smaller scoop. Baking time will depend on the
size of the cookie. 8-10 for smaller cookies

For icing. Beat all ingredients until icing forms
peaks (7-10 minutes at low speed with a heavy-duty
mixer, 10-12 minutes at high speed with a hand-held
mixer).

make one batch of icing without coco powder. Ice one
half with this icing and one half with chocolate.
Let dry for at least 1 hour.
