Thinly slice pork crosswise and set aside. Best done when still half frozen.
In a mall cup whisk together 3/4 c water cornsttarcch soy sauce and hoisin.Set aside.
In a wok or large fry pan heat half of the oil over high heat. Stir fry pork in batches until rowned about 3 min. Set aside.
Add remaining oil to the fry pan. Stir fry the onions bok choy five spice powder garlic ginger and hot pepper flakes until greens are wilted about 3 min. Return pork to pan along with any juices add soy mixture stir fry until sauce is thickened aout 1 min. Serve with rice.
