Preheat oven to 350 degrees. PLace powdered sugar in separate, shallow bowl.
Beat all ingrediants except powder sugar in large bowl. Scoop dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 1/2 inched apart on ungreased cookie sheet. (It is easier to make the dough balls if you chill the dough for about an hour prior to rolling bowls.)
Bake until edges of cookies are slightly golden, about 6 minutes. Cool for 1 minute on the baking sheet then roll in powdered sugar. Store in air tight container.
