Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Stir lemon juice and ginger into syrup. Place peaches in 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish and pour syrup mixture over peaches. mix Bisquick, 2 teaspoons sugar and margarine. Stir in water with fork until well mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto peaches, brush with milk, sprinkle lightly with sugar and bake at 425 degrees about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
