2 packages frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
1 cup rice, cooked
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 pound velveeta cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions
Stir broccoli into hot rice. Saute onion in oleo. Add to rice. Make sauce of cheese, milk and soup. Stir in rice mixture; stir well. Place in buttered baking dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
