chopped onion ~ about 1/2 of medium sized onion (more or less to taste)
4-6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup mayo
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package. When done, place in strainer and run cold water over pasta. Allow to drain well.
Dressing-
Combine mayo, sugar, mustard, and cider vinegar in small bowl. Mix Well! Taste to make sure you don't need to adjust.
Transfer drained pasta into large bowl and add chopped carrots, onion, and eggs. Pour dressing over and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight so dressing can thicken up.
