On a floured board, roll out one half of dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut out cookies, using 2 3/4 to 3 inch Halloween cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining dough. Bake at 325 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool completely. Frost with chocolate frosting. Decorate with candy corn, gumdrops, and licorice.
