Cook and stir hamburger and onion in two quart saucepan until hamburger is light brown; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and garlic powder. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally 30 minutes. Cook noodles as directed. Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Layer half each of the noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese mixture in ungreased oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches, or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches; repeat. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
