-In a small pot, cook the chorizo, ham, onion and garlic together over medium heat until the onion is translucent (about 5 minutes).
-Add 1/4 cup of the stock, boil for 2 minutes. Add the beans, paprika and cayenne pepper. Add the rest of the stock.
-Cook covered over medium heat for 5 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper as necessary. Serve warm. It tastes better the next day!
