1/2 cup Ranch
|

1/2 cup sourcream

1 tbsp. sugar

velveeta cheese cut in cubes ( 1/4 of block)

Cauliflower

Broccolli
|

Ham bits
|

salt and pepper

1/2 onion finely chopped

1 cucumber diced

Instructions |

|
Boil noodles & drain. Rinse with cold water thoroughly. set in large bowl in fridge.

Dice up Cucumber,and onion. Chop peices of Broccolli , cauliflower and ham bits. Cut 1/4 of a whole block of velveeta into small cubes.

Take the cold noodles shells and add the veggies,cheese cubes, ranch and sour cream. mix well. sprinkle sugar and stir in salad. add salt and pepper.
