Pack beef, egg, chips, and half of the salsa into 1" balls.
In a little bit of oil, brown meatballs on the outside.
Combine remaining salsa with spaghetti sauce, and pour over meatballs after transfering to a baking pan. Bake for an hour at 350.
Split open buns but not all the way through. Spoon meatballs into buns, top with a little sauce and pepper jack. Wrap in foil and place back into oven, bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted; serve hot! **You can adjust the heat of this dish by the kind of salsa you use, and if you like it hot, top with jalapeno peppers!!!
