Clean mushrooms, place on a cookie sheet w/ sides. Put just
enough water on the bottom of the cookies sheet to steam the
mushrooms while they are cooking.
In a pan, place sausage, garlic and butter. Saute until sausage in
fully cooked, add finely chopped mushroom stems. Saute again
until cooked, add 1/4 c parmesan cheese and a pinch of parsley
for color.
