Combine pretzels, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Pat into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 375 for 6 to 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Put on top of baked crust. Mix Jello with boiling water, then add frozen strawberries. When slightly thickened, put on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
