2 tbsp Boston Baked beans or canned organic beans, mashed
2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
2-3 tbsp cooked chicken (finely chopped, or shredded)
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 avocado peeled and cut into strips
Instructions
put each tortilla on a microwavable plate Spread
beans over each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
Microwave for 15 sec (until cheese melts) cool
slightly arrange chicken tomato and avocado on top
Roll up and cut into small pieces
