Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix Scrambled Eggs and water in blender until smooth.
Add Cream of Broccoli Soup, baking powder, and onion powder and mix
well.
Coat muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Separate broccoli evenly into four muffin cups.
Sprinkle cheese evenly among four muffin cups over broccoli.
Pour batter evenly among four muffin cups over broccoli and cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
