Cut peeled, green tipped or all yellow bananas in half crosswise. Put on green stick, toasting skewer, or toasting fork through one end of a bacon strip and then lengthwise through a banana half. Wrap the strip of bacon in a spiral around the banana. Fasten free end on the stick, skewer, or fork. Toast over hot coals until bacon is crisp, about 5 minutes. Slide from stick or fork into a roll whick may be toasted beforehand, if desired.
