In a double boiler, melt the chocolate into a liquid. Take one shell out of the Taco Rack, and with a spoon, pour the chocolate into the taco shells. Roll the shell around to coat the INSIDE of the shell. When coated, return that taco to the Taco Rack. Repeat for the remaining two tacos. When coated, place the plate with the Taco Rack Triple and coated chocolate shells into the freezer to harden.
Once the chocolate coating is hard, remove from freezer and place the plate on the counter.
Spoon in to the shells, pre-softened Ice Cream till the shells are about 3/4 full. Repeat till all three shells are filled with Ice Cream.

Return the Taco Rack to the freeze until Ice Cream becomes rock hard. (Rock Hard is important so the ice cream does not squirt out the other end when you bite it)
Remove the chocolate coated ice cream filled tacos on the Taco Rack from the freeze, and insert whipped cream across the top of each.
Garnish with Kiwi, Strawberries and M&M's... Return to Freezer until serving.
