Place eggs in a sauce pan and cover with cold water.Add 1 T salt. Bring to a boil.Turn off heat and cover with lid. After 15 minutes pour off water and cover with cold water.Keep in pan till eggs are at room temp.
Peel,cut in half and place yolks in small food processor.Process with 3-4 pulses . Place yolks into small bowl and add rest of ingredients.Add salt and pepper to taste.I use a one inch scoop to fill eggs .Makes it so much easier. Refrigerate and keep cold.
