Instructions
Overboil veggies- Chop up beets into small to medium pieces. Put
in pot with water a few inches over beets and cook to boil. Chop
up carrots as with beets. When water with beets begins to boil add
carrots and reduce to a medium boil. Cook until veggies very soft
and easily mashed with a potato masher. Reserve liquid on side to
possibly add back in later. If cooked right there won't be much
liquid left anyway, we want all the good stuff to soak back into the
veggies.
