1. Boil potatoes. Peel and grate(on smallest side when they are cooked.

2. Crack and beat egg. Pour over potatoes. Add in salt, pepper, nutmeg. Add chopped green onions.
|
|
|
3. Knead the mixture, adding oats as you go. Form into a loaf.
|
|
|
4. Slice into round cakes and dry pan fry until dry on both sides.
