1/2 cup chopped onion

2 (14 oz.) cans beef broth

2 (14 oz.) cans whole new potatoes, drained and cubed

Instructions |

|
Brown meat with onion and drain. Pour all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
