4 slices whole wheat bread (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
6 Tbsp butter (melted)
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Cut bread into 1/2 inch pieces and place in large
bowl. Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon and
drissle over bread. Toss to coat.
Combine blueberries, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
Place 1/2 the bread mixture into 4 8oz ramekins.
Layer with bluberry mixture and remaining bread.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 decgrees for 15-20 minutes
or until crisp and heated through
