Brown the Turkey. Put 5-oz. in a pan on medium heat and cook it. Turkey doesn't really brown, it turns white. Once this happens, drain the fat. Add 1 tbsp. of water. Add 1 tbsp. of taco seasoning. Stir it up, chop the turkey into small pieces and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Prepare your leafy greens. Add your chopped tomatoes. Add your turkey and 2 tbsp. of your favorite salsa. You're done! Dig in
