To Preserve- Boil all Lids until ready to use.
Take one jar, and boil about 2-3 mins. Take jar
out carefully (it will be hot) and place on towel.
Fill with salsa and Carefully remove one lid out
of boiling water and place on top of jar. To Make
sure it is sealed right, screw on ring as tight as
possible. Repeat this process one at a time,
carefully. When you are done canning, Listen to
your jars. If they POP they have sealed right. (
There are some defective one's out there ) it may
take up to 20 mins.
