Heat oil and butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and chopped onion and sautee until translucent. Add in cubed chicken brest, wine, and lemon juice. Cover and cook on medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
In a large pot, boil noodles until al dente, per package directions. When noodles are almost done, add about 1/4 cup parsley and all of tomatoes to chicken mixture. Stir and cover until tomatoes burst.
Drain pasta, and top with chicken mixture and garnish with parsley or lemon zest and parmesan to taste.
