Butter 9x13 pan. Layer 8 sheet of dough, with butter in-between
every two sheets. Coat nuts with cinnamon. Place a layer of nuts
on the dough. Layer 2 sheets of dough, butter, and continue
alternating nuts, butter, and dough until all nuts are used. End
with 8 sheets of dough. Precut. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
While baking create sauce by boiling sugar and water. Add vanilla
and honey. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over pastry as soon as
removed from oven. Leave uncovered.
