Prepare cake mix following package directions.
Stir in nuts, ginger, and chocolate. Pour batter
into 2 greased and lightly floured 8x1 1/2-inch
round cake pans or one greased and lightly floured
13x9x2 inch baking pans. Bake at 350 about 35
minutes for layers, 40 minutes for oblong. Cool
layers 10 minutes, remove from pans. Serve with
whipped cream.
