In a large sauce pan cook Part 1 to soft ball stage.In another pan,cook Part 2 to a hard ball stage.Have ready 3 egg whites beaten till stiff.Add Part 1 and beat well.
When Part 2 has reached hard boil,add to first mixture and beat until stiff and mixture has lost its gloss.Add vanilla.
You may also add your choice of food coloring to tint it if you like.Work quickly and drop by spoonful onto wax paper.Let set.
