Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, combine muffin mix, eggs and milk and mix well. Pour half of mixture into sprayed 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Carefully place 6 slices of cheese, then ham slices and remaining cheese slices on top of ham. Spoon remaining cornbread batter over top of cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve hot.
